Our little guy is our life we love him dearly! We brought him to sringbank hoping to find knowledgable safe caring staff. We came in with an in infection that he's had for a while. We were told that laser therapy would help clear up his issues. Speed up the healing process. Very expensive but he's worth it. They also offered to shave him? Our dog is a little guy who's very shy to strangers...I explained his personality to the vet. They said their well trained to all issues and can shave him right there Plus do a laser treatment right after. They said they may have to give him something to calm him so don't feed him the morning of. I booked the app. The day of his shave/ laser turned out to be a nightmere - when I arrived to pick my boy up I almost wept! The vet explained to me that he was in such distress it took five woman to hold him down and shave him!! They never sedated him!!! I was very upset asking why was my dog not sedated when you called me the night before te
