Took my dog to the emergency clinic after she couldn't urinate. We did an x ray and still didn't know the cause of the infection but she was put on catheter to relieve her urine. She was on it overnight and said they would keep her another night to observe. We agreed but somehow her bladder bursts and we ended up putting her down. How could that happen if she is there being observed by the clinic? I blame myself for her death because I should have never brought her to this clinic!

Very atrocious vet that I absolutely cannot recommend. Dr. Morris Samson in particular is quite awful at working with animals. Very an impatient, impolite fellow. Does not know how to speak with clients. Overcharges. Unkind, uncaring and extremely unprofessional. No compassion for your loved pets and no sense of urgency for an emergency clinic.
I respect that the job and tasks Dr. Samson has to do are very difficult; however, this does not excuse one from behaving in such a backwards manner. There is a clear adversary relationship between this doctor and his clients. They will squeeze you out of every nickel. I strongly recommend somewhere else in Toronto. Please stay far away from the Vets Toronto & Kingston Road Animal Clinic and don't go back. These guys only care about their public relations; if you do your research you see they act nice in front of the cameras, however, when you meet this Dr. Samson in person there is one word I can use to summarize his performance: atrocious
