"Good" is not a high enough rating for this clinic. There should be an "exceptional" button. In the 15 years we have been going there, our pets have been treated with loving care at all times. We would be lost without them!

Been a client for several years and noticed the more they realized just how much we loved our cat, (right after the expensive dental cleaning they talked us into) the prices started to climb. Wait times were excessive (up to 2 hours) but the most disappointing moment for us was when we realized the meds we were giving our cat wasn't the right dose. (although we were told they were) $1000 later, we finally have him in a good place with his health, no thanks to the Doctors here. Sandra, the manager lied to us swore at my husband and hung up on him as he was trying to figure this situation out with her. He then proceeded to go down to their office to speak face to face and was told she wouldn't come to the door. We ended up having to pay more money just to have a copy of our cats records and prescription. It is very clear this office only cares about you, until you have questions about things that don't match up. If you love your animal, take them somewhere else.

Do not go here! Had a urine test done last month, told everything was clear, and I was good to go, now my cats dying, because that same test from a month ago showed signs of urinary issues, and I was supposed to get a free bag of food to solve the issue last month, but instead they chose to say nothing, only telling me now about the signs in the old test, I now need a 1500 dollar operation to save my cat, thanks guys. . . . . . . . . .

After being fleeced by another clinic we were referred by a friend to this one. Our cat had to be euthanised but this clinic did a PROPER exam first, did NOT order all sorts of unnecessary, very expensive «tests» (the problem was obvious) and with great compassion broke the news that the only kind thing for the cat was euthanasia. The fees were reasonable and the care by both the on-duty vet and the other staff was impeccable.
