A few weeks ago my dog was misdiagnosed she ended up dying from a broken rib that was abcessed,ruptured,spread the infection throughout her body causing organ failure. A few months prior we had a incident claimed nothing was wrong and received a urgent call a few days later claiming there was a blockage and she needed surgery...needless to say she swallowed a spatulla and by that time it punctured her small intestine...could this have been avoided probably!
