Great staff, clean facilities and not too long of a wait. I highly recommend coming here. I haven't had any bad experiences and everyone there is always friendly and ready to help

My cat died in distress and her body had to be mutilated and kept at the clinic for a week due to Lorie Gold's complete disregard of my instructions and lack of ability to observe the world around him and react accordingly (like wearing gloves or putting the needle elsewhere). BEWARE!!! The Vet Doctor prescribed wrong dosage of Antibiotics to my Guenia Pig. They gave me Chlor Plam 250 and for a weight of 1.2 kg, they wrote 0.24 instead of 1.24. This was to treat a potential Urinary Infection. Now we don't know if increasing the dosgae now will work, as the smaller dose he had been taking for 12 days, before we caught their error. Once confronted the Vet Owner, a Doctor, on our suspensions, he was trying to avoid omitting they did anything wrong. He told me now to use the dose of 1.0. That's a hugh difference in dosage. If you love your pets, don't go there.

So behind on their schadule. I had to stay in a small hit room with no AC. Dr did not spend enough time to examine my 10 weeks lab puppy. Gave Rabies vacsin to my boy which should be given to puppies over 12 weeks old! She said my puppy has hip Dysplasia. However I could not trust her diagnose and went to another vet for second opinion. It turns up our puppy is compleatly normal and healthy!!!

I have had to wait a minimum of 40mins for every appointment I have had; that's me getting there 10mins early and waiting at least half an hour. Once I was there for almost 3 hours, waiting before, during and after the appointment to pay. Dr Gold spends a lot of time talking with patients, which is good as you feel your concerns are all addressed, but he should book fewer patients if he is going to take so long.
