This USED to be an amazing and caring place. NOT ANYMORE. The owner is still great but the new staff he has hired (with the exception of dr rosas) is frankly unbelievable. Even the staff at the desk has changed their attitude. Why did this have to happen to such a once great place. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ANYMORE

I am very pleased with my experience at Didsbury Veterinary Services. My cat was treated in a very thoughtful manner, and the staff were great at explaining what was wrong with her and how the surgery would fix the problem. I can't say enough good things about this clinic!

My dog has had the most horrific experience because of Janice Reid. The vet is reckless and has little regard for the "patient" and lots of regard for money. She is dishonest at the expense of my pet. She removed a "wart" that needed to be removed again 4 weeks later and with the need for 8 stitches after; she should have done that in the first place. At the same time she removed a "wart" over her eye and when I took her in for a check up a week later she took out the 5 stitches over the eye and 20 minutes later she had to put them back in because "she didn't look at the chart"! Then she gave me a bill for putting the stitches back in and not enough pain meds. I said NO WAY! My dog suffered greatly and then Reid told me I needed to pay $200 to have the moles biopsied after she told me, at the time of surgery, that the University students would do the biopsy for free. She said they don't have the "program" anymore which is a LIE. I called them and the program still exists.
