The staff at RH Emergency Vet clinic were absolutely amazing! They literally saved my cat's life! We arrived with my cat in heart failure and essentially suffocating as her lungs were filling with fluid. Dr. Richards was quick to administer treatment and took the time to make sure we were informed about our treatment options. She acknowledged the need for a second opinion, which I appreciated. She helped us to make decisions which were in the best interest of both our cat and our pocketbook. She was compassionate and recognized how upsetting it can be to potentially lose your family pet. She provided my husband and I with a private room while we made decisions about treatment and spent time to make sure we felt comfortable with our choice. She ultimately survived - against all odds. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. I liked Dr. Richards so much that I located her regular practice to see if I could bring my cat there regularly. Unfortunately she is too far. Thx again!
