Careless diagnoses, poor, if any, follow-up, dismissive of owner's observations & suggestions, much too casual about serious symptoms,therefore lack of appropriate treatment. Very money-oriented practice, no discounts of any type, expensive, customers made to sign promissory note if not paid in full at time of visit. It took quite awhile for me to see through the very 'charming' & pseudo-sympathetic veneer & the unnecessary death & misdiagnosis of two beloved pets to understand what was really going on. Most customers have no idea. I am incredibly disappointed & distraught because I thought I had finally found a first-rate vet; maybe they don't exist. His two associates aren't even worth mentioning.
