Wanted to charge emergency visit charge (extra $215) for euthanasia: Called to ask about urgently putting a family pet down without appt. told to come in before 10 (walk-in hours). Mother said goodbye to pet and I rushed over, arriving 1005am. Took ten mins to process and into room. Was told technically past walk in hours but vet tech would ask Dr.s to waive the emerg visit fee. Dr. Ellison and Dr. Dinn so no, they would not waive the emerg visit charge despite only arriving 5 mins after walk-in hours. Cost would have been $200 for putting down and $215 for emerg visit. ABSOLUTELY HEARTLESS AND DISPICABLE VETS! Gouging a 76 year old woman for putting down beloved pet. Called Beachy Cove Bet and they got me in within an hour. Amazing service. Less than $200. Thanks Beachy Cove Bet Clinic.
