Click to report rating    1/3/17   5     5     4     4   We have been taking our pup here as soon as we got him. We took him in for a visit and Dr Mark took an hour with us and our puppy to show us around. The clinic is spotless and the staff are caring and compassionate. RID: 62285
Click to report rating    10/4/15   1     2     2     1   When I went to put my pet down I was interviewed four separate times. First on the phone then upon arrival by the receptionist, the vet tech and vet. It was a sad day and on top of explaining three times why I was there I felt judged that I wasn't doing the right thing. After the vet agreed that it was the right thing to do he took my pet to the back to receive his catheter. The entire time I could hear that my friend was in distress and it was heartbreaking. When the vet came in with my pet he was clearly very upset and distressed even though he had been sedated. He was confused, experiencing disphoria, and making the most horrible noises I've ever heard. Instead of completing the procedure then the vet wasn't prepared and left my pet in agony while he went to retrieve the second injection. I had to sit with my distressed friend in his last minutes while the vet collected his things. It Was already terribly sad, it didn't need to be traumatic too. RID: 58581
