Staff were rude and combative with zero empathy for our dog in distress. It seems they have an overall 15 minute revolving door policy and only care about adhering to that.

I have taken 2 dogs to this clinic at several times and see all the vets. They are friendly and compassionate. Their prices are competitive. I would and have recommended this vet clinic.

I have been going to this vet clinic for years my dogs are seniors now and I have had nothing but the best vet care for my dogs. One had cancer surgery and one had long term care for allergies and have done great. Their prices are great and their care is superb along with the desk staff. I would click excellent if there was a button for that.

I started taking my pets to this vet last year after hearing good things about them. We first met with Dr. Woodley and he was amazing. Dr. McLean was great. I was not too happy with Dr. Brooke's and the reception staff are very rude! Please hire better reception. So miserable and cold. I felt awful being there. Dr. Woodley please hire better staff or I will have to go back to my old vet.

Very good team that provides great care for my pets. Dr Brookes is excellent and genuinely cares about explaining issues and keeping my pets healthy!

Been a client over 20 years with multiple animals. They no longer offer emergency care. As a facility and group, they are keeping up with new methods and technology plus enouraging vets and staff to upgrade themselves. A busy clinic and my one beef is that the junior vets seem to rotate through every 2-3 years. My advice, book the clinic owner, Woodley. Generally happy with the service, appreciate they listen and have referred them to others.
