This clinic did abdominal surgery on my cat and injured his ear using a pulse oximeter. They refused to admit that they injured him, but a week after the surgery his ear was necrotic and had to be removed. He is now mutilated because of their incompetence, but they refuse to take responsibility. He went in the day of surgery and both of his ears were fine, 11 hours later after the surgery, his ear was red and inflamed. We reported this immediately, but they denied responsibility. Two weeks later we had to have his ear removed because it had become necrotic. Beware...they will never take responsibility for harm they cause.
