Garbage service. Over charge, claim to know how to work with exotics but don't. are only in it for the money. They even turned off their facebook reviews because of how many bad ones they got. Look at google's reviews, it shows the true nature of this 'vet' service. It is pretty bad when over half the town will drive over an hour to go anywhere else.

Prices compared to vet clinics in southern Alberta are near double. Typical business in an oil patch town. Shop around you'll save thousands.

I have had nothing but good experiences at the clinic. They have worked with all of my animals both large and small. The fees are comparable to most mixed practices in the area. The staff are always very helpful and kind.

I rate the staff as being fair to good, with exceptions. There's always exceptions. The facilities appear good, although I don't have access to that which I cannot see. Just like any any doctor's office you have to wait. Based on my experience with this clinic they always endorse extras like blood work, which in some cases, is unnecessary as the diagnosis (I'm not an expert) appears obvious. These aren't cheap, so depending on the seriousness, can be an avoidable expenditure. The vet attitudes are as varied as the vets. I have my preference, but on certain days you don't get your preference. They are the only local vet clinic so I reluctantly use them as I have had some negative history with this clinic. My issue is one of integrity & moral compass. I respect everyone's right to make a living but at a reasonable pace. They also do not endorse the local animal rescue society which I volunteer for.
