So far had a good experience! Very affordable and seem to understand extra small puppies needs! My pup is 3lbs and he was treated gently even though he Hates vaccines! Staff in person is friendly but did have 1 time when I called it seemed disorganized when trying to book an appointment. All in all we've had good experiences going to this clinic and I've tried a Lot of vets! (Keep in mind they're all human!)

Dr Om has very little compassion for your animal. He is rough when handling your pet and does not seem to pay attention to what you ask or say to him. He always seems to prescribe antibiotics for everything. He does not properly explain the procedure he is doing while examining your pet or is hard to understand. Our dog died due to his lack of diagnosis when we brought it in the 1st time.I am skeptical about his qualifications and where he received them!. Stay away from here , you have been warned.
