When the time came for our three year old lab mix who had been dealing with aggressive cancer, we reached out to Doctor Avery and her team. We were treated with care and compassion from the first moment we made contact. They have the option to text so it was very easy to make these difficult decisions. When the day came, we were met face to face with the same compassion and kindness. Doctor Avery and her team are some of the nicest people we have ever met. Having them there, and having the option to put our little girl down at home where she was most comfortable was the greatest gift we have ever been given. Thank you, Doctor Avery and team for your big hearts and your services to have a peaceful and loving way to say goodbye.

One of our senior dogs was diagnosed with a brain tumor and his health declined so quickly, when the day came for the heartbreaking decision to euthanize, Dr. Avery and team came to our home on short notice and was so kind and empathetic through the whole process. We received ETA updates when they were en route so we could make him comfortable beforehand, Dr Avery explained every step and never rushed us through any part of the process, and with her professionalism and kindness made the one of the worst moments of our lives bearable. I can't thank Dr Avery and her team enough for easing our pain on one of the most devastating days of our lives, I'm so grateful that we were able to do this at home where he could be comfortable and with his family.

My husband and I were so impressed with the empathy and caring for our elderly dog. I would not hesitate for a second to call Dr Avery again. She is compassionate and so supportive ,explained everything step by step. She gave our family and most importantly our dog that was euthanized such respect and support like it was a dog that was her family member. I told her that I have never met anyone like her and her team and she eased our sorrow in losing our elderly dog. I was under. duress because my dog took a turn for the worse so quickly , she managed to fit us in her schedule somehow that day. I can only say she made a situation that felt unbearable ,bearable and tolerable and saved me so much worry as my dog was so ill. So thank you Dr Avery and Rachael you have made a wonderful experience for a painful decision bearable

We just saw Dr Avery and Jenn for the 2nd time this afternoon for a 2 week follow up appt for 1 of our 2 older cats for an abcessed broken fang tooth. Very PROFESSIONAL and would DEF RECOMMEND to others. There was follow up texts from both of the Ladies after the initial visit when poor Miss Daisy was pretty sick. Lots of communication and no question was made to feel irrelevent.

Had my first visit with Avery mobile, Dr Avery and Jenn were amazing with our kitten who needed her first vaccine. They made the situation very calm and comfortable for her. They were able to do it right in our driveway, their truck is amazing! Highly recommend!

Our senior cat, Matilda, was sick with cancer and we had to make arrangements for final goodbyes. Our regular vet didn’t make house calls but recommended Dr. Stephanie Avery. This past Monday Dr Avery and her assistant, Jenn, came by our house and made us feel at ease considering the situation. Their compassion and empathy throughout the process helped us through this emotional time considerably. We would definitely recommend Dr Avery and her team.

I'm extremely satisfied with all the services that Dr Avery has provided for me over many yrs of service,she's always on top of the issues & has given excellent care & compassion to both of my pets.Yesterday I had to have my Jesse (cat)put to sleep she made the process as comfortable as a situation can be @ the time,Jesse was made very comfortable by her & she never rushed in anyway when everything was over she gently wrapped him in his favorite blanket & took him away,Jesse will be coming back home next week tobe in the room he always loved tobe in. I'm truly greatfull for the support & the excellent care she gives.I would recommend her services to anyone.

A feral cat adopted us and needed treatment for a wound. He can't be touched so a traditional vet was out. We were given Stephanie's information which are a God send. She arrived with an assistant and job one was to catch Thomas. It took a while but they did it. I never would have. Their wedding calm and caring the whole time. Sedated his wound was attended to and then because it was so stressful for him to be handled they also neutered him, removed a broken tooth, gas him a rabies shot and took a blood sample. They kept us in the loop the whole time and were very thoughtful in one session we got all his needs attendance to and the cost was very reasonable much less than I expected for the work. Stephanie followed up by text after. I can't say enough good things. She provided the best service. I very strongly recommend her. A lot less stress on your pet

Very very nice vet. She was recommend to us from our vet in Mississauga because we had to make the difficult decision to put our dog down, and we wanted to do it at home where he is comfortable. I could tell she was the one after our first conversation. She was willing to drive all the way down here whenever we needed. Every other place I called were very rude looking at the circumstances and were just trying to sell me their earns and make a quick buck. She actually put us and my dog at comfort. He never lets ppl he never met into our house without showing some aggression but he was immediately put at ease with her, which was a sign to us. I would give more then 5 stars if I would. Thank you doc. IF anyone wants to cremate their pet and get the ashs back right away (instead of a week), they can go to thistledown pet memorial, the cremation grounds here didnt meet out needs.

I have known Dr. Avery for many years and I am so happy she has opened a new mobile veterinary service. I would 100% recommend her if you are looking for a new vet in the Shelburne area. She is very gentle and kind with my animals and she is a very smart and knowledgeable vet. I also feel she is always very fair with her prices and gives valuable time when she visits the house.
