Worst vet experience ever!!! I brought my senior cat in for what I thought was a stroke. I explained this in detail to the woman who took her in. I had to wait on the sidewalk for at least 30 minutes until finally I was asked for the reason my cat was there. During this time was cat not looked at or treated. My outrage over this resulted in a screaming match with eventually three employees who threatened to call the police on me. In the end they returned my cat and I left. This was probably a good thing from other reviews I have read. Exhorbtent fees for unnessary procedures and animals held hostage until the charges are paid. Vets who value profits over compassion and caring. Please check out Google for other negative reviews

Burrard Animal Hospital + Emergency is my first go-to for after-hours veterinary care. If I lived closer to the Hospital they would be my primary veterinary care clinic. I've been there 3 times, with two different dogs and have been so very pleased. This is a clinic that prioritizes excellent veterinary services, care and compassion. Their rates are extremely reasonable with no extra charges for after-hours. In fact, given that they provide full services 24/7 there is no such thing as after-hours. They are always there for you and your beloved furry family. I trust them. I recommend them!

I had the best experience possible with them!! Everyone is awesome!!! After a series of problems with my cat we finally found Burrard Animal Hospital, when he had to go through a surgery. Not that the previous place was not good, but they are just another business looking for our money. Not Burrard Animal Hospital, they treat us as lives, not dollar signs. Everyone treat us and our furry baby in the best possible way. That is my go to place. Dr Manjot Sran and Dr Linda Cheng were amazing!! And also Nikki, one of the assistants. We will be forever grateful for this hospital, and never consider any other option.
