I’m very conflicted. I took my dog in after pulling a tick from him and I was told it was without a doubt a Deer Tick. Did 5 minutes of research and 100% it’s a dog tick. I was also told a cyst on my dogs leg was a solid mass and not something we could drain; tonight I drained it myself. How can a Vet give me such misinformation. I will not go back at all; not trustworthy; just out for money

Took out 10 year old dog here for a teeth cleaning. She was discharged without anti biopics and two weeks later we brought her back for flea and tick Meds and follow up, she cam home that night and was not well, brought her back in the morning and she had intestinal infection, antibiotics given. Went in two weeks later for follow up came home that night not well again. Next morning peeing blood, yes she had bladder infection or something, not truly diagnosed. Seems every time I bring my dog there she gets sick with something. Then it finally dawned on me, there are no sinks in the exam room and doctors go from one room to another without washing their hands! You can hear the doc go straight to us from the next door exam room. This is why she keeps getting sick for gods sake! Exam rooms are not cleaned regularity either, lottsa paw prints and hair on the exam tables. Will not be taking my pet there again, she keeps getting sick every time we go, no wonder! After having a flea infestation in my home, Beattie took GREAT care of us! They squeezed us in for a last minute appointment after my previous vet tried to take us for all we were worth just to buy a few vials of flea treatment. Beattie was fantastic! They let us bring in our 3 animals all together and they treated them all for a fair amount without charging for anything extra or forcing any unnecessary vaccines or products on us. They are fantastic and I wish I'd switched vets sooner!

I took my dog who was vomiting and dehydrated to the Beattie hospital & they took ex-rays, blood & urine tests and they failed to diagnose my dog properly. I took him to another Veterinarian (Dr. Stuart) who was able to diagnose our dog with the very same tests that the Beattie hospital provided them by faxing those tests over to the Appleby Hospital & plus Dr. Stuart gave a more thorough examination than the Beattie hospital Doctors. Dr. Stuart diagnose my dog with stomach cancer. If Beattie hospital had diagnose my dog properly, he wouldn't have suffered longer & we wouldn't have been charged ridiculous prices for unnecessary & misdiagnosed treatments. The Beattie hospital gives the impression that pet owners are a continuous bank machine.

BE WARNED: dog cut paw. Given no home care advice. Bought cone@petstore.Bandages came off 4x. Staff assumed dog pulled off; new cone put on - never saw vet or bill had to ask for specifics. Last vet said they were not put on correctly. After 3rd visit vet said paw needed stitches (which should have been done to start with) last vet did laser. The stitches were done gratis
because of all we went through said the vet. Staff knew paw was exposed & said come back tomorrow after waiting 45 mins for booked vet. Told it was only technician booked. Booking clerk said it was vet! Finally laser done on dog. Next day got email from Administrator not to come back!!! Some staff surly. Called to discuss with Administrator who refused call and staff just hung up. Immature & very unprofessional. Lack of communication by most staff & vets - not listening & giving robotic answers (dr. anna). Just a puppy so not about money - just straight up BAD treatment & service. Now on with looking for a good vet

Couldn't ask for a better vet clinic :) they were there for me when my cat passed away last Christmas. From the call center staff to the veterinarians, I did not meet one staff member that was not helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this practice as they will take care of your fur baby like it is their own! Prices are reasonable and fair. They helped me adopt a new rescue kitty by giving me a great reference. Get keep the great work Beattie!

Great clinic, excellent doctors, quality care. Love Dr. Matt and Dr. Anna, they are so thoughtful and caring. My appointments are always on time, the support staff is lovely with my girls.
