It's hard for me to comment on the monetary value because it always seems like too much money to me! But what I do know is that I've always been very satisfied with their services. That's saying a lot because I'm kind of obsessive and over protective when it comes to my animals. They've treated my big dogs, small dogs, and cats with compassion, respect, extensive knowledge and experience. My ten year old chihuahua is my whole world. He had to have surgery, and they also treated him for a sprain and broken toe nail when he slipped on the stairs. I cried so much, I was so scared. And it wasn't cheap, but they did an amazing job and were so kind and professional the whole time. I'll always be so grateful to them! The waiting room is also spacious and pleasant. The ladies at the desk are so nice. They always call you back when they say they will. I have had to wait in the waiting room for up to 30 minutes once or twice, but that's very rare. They have emergencies, so it happens.
