On July 14th after watching our cat of 15 years tell us in clear terms that he was having trouble breathing, eating, drinking and climbing the stairs he loved to race up.Our family had to make a devastating decision. After years in healthcare I thought it would be easier but he was a member of our family. We set out Sunday morning for our vet at Seafair but was informed that a Dr.was not present, the kind assistant would called Ironwood to expect our arrival. From the moment we entered the clinic they catered to our needs, gave us a complete understanding of our Thomas's situation and treated us as family. Dr Art Ceballos, how can we ever thank-you enough for your kindness and professionalism.Lorene Moody you are a gem and to the assistant who's name I missed-Thank-you from the bottom of our hearts. Saying goodbye to our family member was devastating and still is but you made it bearable by your kindness. Anyone who is looking for a clinic for their loved ones-visit Dr. Ceballos.

The staff is great and vets better! Dr. Ceballos and Dr. Lackner are exceptional! They show great interest and care in the wellbeing of your pet (furry child) and go out of their way to provide the best care possible! Would not go ANYWHERE else!

Moving and having an 18 year old cat that was mostly blind and deaf, we had no option but to have her put down. She would not survive in an new environment. This clinic was very caring and was considerably (understatement) less than the others in Richmond. The next day I received a sympathy card in the mail signed by all the staff. I was totally blown away by this unexpected act of kindness.

Have been with Seafair for over 35 years, and delighted with new Ironwood location, live in Ladner now, so sometimes easier to get to,..the vets are so caring and so very knowledgable, wouldn't go anywhere else!!Will refer on if a specialist is needed. All the doctors are so kind and the staff are really great, always looking after all the paperwork etc, when dealing with insurance companies. They truly are my furry babies family doctor! I would recommend to anyone, truly!! Cannot believe the negative comments!!!

Our experience was terrible. We found this clinic to be unprofessional, rude, incompetent. Won't be back as there are so many other vets in the area. Shouldn't be difficult to find one that is much much better.

Nice looking clinci but very disorganized staff, had to wait around a long time even though they were not busy.
