I was recently told that I must buy my pet's Heart worm Medicine from them even though it costs $30 more than my certified online pharmacy. Earlier in the year they rejected my proof of vaccination because I self-vaccinated at The Dog Wash, which is Vet owned. This is not a problem with any other Vet I have used. They were not a bit concerned about safety when it came to giving an 8 lb dog twice as much vaccine as necessary. From my experiences with Gully I believe monetary gain is their top priority and that their policy is shameful. Lastly, I also had a very bad grooming experience. It smelled like they had not bathed my dog, and the clip was awful. Worse, that he seemed traumatized and limped on his back leg for two days. This they did make right by having their most experienced groomer redo him. The following month, however, even though I specified that I wanted the same groomer. I suspect that someone else much less experienced clipped him, as he did not look top notch.

It is nice to know there are still Crooks out there waiting to take advantage of citizens of Arlington when their pets are in need. A few weeks ago my great dane got ill to the point where I had to take him to the 24 emergency hospital in Mansfield. The doctors ran all of the blood work including the heart worm tests and they automatically sent the results to Gully Animal Hospital where my pets would have begun to get services since I am relatively new to the area. On 6/13/2016 I made an early appointment to get the rest of my buddy's annual shots, rabies etc.., and on this day I had the displeasure of meeting the crooked Dr. Deborah Shanks. I told her assistant Austin that I was specifically sent by the 24 hospital to get the heart worm prescription from Gully's staff. Rather than give me the prescription since the 24 hour hospital had already run the test, the crooked Dr. Shanks sent me away empty handed since I was unwilling to pay their marked up prices for (Heartguard).
