English Line in Campbellford, Ontario have been our vet for 5 years and our family’s vet over 10 years. We found a tumor on our dog’s leg. English Line diagnosed it, and said that it needs to be removed immediately and sent away for a biopsy. We tried to make an appointment, and even though it was of urgent nature, they would not do the procedure for at least a month. When we asked if it shouldn’t happen sooner, they said that it absolutely should, but that they couldn’t accommodate us, and that we should find another vet. We finally spoke with Northumberland Vets in Colborne. They saw us the following day, and are operating in two days. We will never set foot in English Line again. We are still in shock over their complete apathy. We requested a call back from an actual vet there twice, having exhausted any compromise from the receptionist. The vet never returned our call. Family and friends will take their business elsewhere. In an emergency English Line will easily let you down.

Friendly, helpful staff at the front. Great vets that are good to animals and explain things. Drive 30 minutes because of this and the prices. Definitely worth it.

***AVOID! Very eager to euthanize! Mis-diagnosed my pet! Wanted me to put her down! Changed vets and you should too!!***AVOID!!!!***
