My cat was told she had bad teeth. After being properly tested by another vet, it turned out she had kidney failure and diabetes. She is RIP. It’s hard to say. She did take blood sample so maybe there were signs. I don’t know. I know she (Pat Scott) was sloppy with paperwork and we had problems at the border. Thank God the people at the airport were reasonable and let us go but I was missing a test that should be done after the rabies shot."

I was given a quote before I had my cat shaved. Then it landed up being an extra $100, which I wasn't aware of, until I went to pay the bill. They kept my cat an extra hour and half, then what they told me. I've been in there on two separate occasions and there is a young child running around in the surgery area, with all the anxious animals. They used to have a vet and tech that were amazing. Since they have left, it has gone down hill.

The receptionist misleads me for the price of dog neuter. Don't believe what they told you for quotation. The price gotta adds up to more than double of it during operation.$95 for per 10 mins. anaesthesia. I paid off >$600 instead of $330 for my dog neuter.

One of the best clinic, the service was superb. The vet is the best.
