We went for a surgical consult for our dog with a male Vet that never even examined our dog. The pricing the he quoted was significantly higher than when the front desk quoted. When questioned he blamed it on the front desk staff. Once the consult was over he proceeded to tell us that he couldn't do the surgery due to the fact that he was going off for his own surgery. When asked if we could see another Vet who could performed this surgery. He stated that we would need to book another consult and pay a second fee. We were then required to pay our $200.00 bill. Not very professional to say the least. Lucky for us we found another vet clinic that is spectacular and our young dog is living an extremely happy active life.

Heart felt thanks to Dr Pinel and to all the staff at this hospital! Dr Pinel was gracious, truthful and fantastic to deal with, he was punctual he gave us all the information we needed to make the best decision for our cat Bella's care. Dr Pinel's expertise saved our Bella's leg and gave us back our family cat! We will always be greatful to Dr. Pinel and will always recommend his services to anyone who is is looking for the best care for their pet.

A vet here locked his two dogs in his vehicle leaving them to die in SAVE parking lot. The entire staff has covered it up. If this is how he treats his own dogs, how would be great ours!? I have also had a bad experience with a girl named Rebecca who had an accent and a receptionist named Reea. Both extremely rude and not helpful.I will never go back here. These people deserve to lose their jobs!

The staff are amazing at this clinic. They're so kind and I feel like when I leave my dog in their care that he is well looked after. The vets were very thorough and I felt that they really do care about my dog. Their facilities and waiting areas are clean and modern. Would highly recommend SAVE!

I have come away with feeling extremely taken advantage of monetary wise, I should have followed my gut feeling when I suspected they were doing X-rays and more or less shooting in the dark. After all is said and done I would not recommend this clinic.

Amazing team of people who went above and beyond for us and our pet. We felt very welcomed and cared about. They kept us updated every step of the way. Highly recommend this facility!
