Some of the staff are pleasant but the brunette receptionist is cold and condescending and will charge a higher price. Dr. Eric is rude, rough handles his patients to the point where it took him and 2 other staff to get a blood sample from my usually very cooperative cat. He does not listen to what you are telling him and rudlely dismisses your impressions of your pet's behavior. I was not satisfied that my cat having what I thought were TIAs (I was chastised and told cats do NOT have TIAs) so I went to another vet, Amanda Booth to recheck and yes, my girl has cardio-myopothy - she heard that with a stethascope and yet Dr Eric didn't, I also heard it very clearly. My girl is now on blood thinners everyday hoping that her condition does not progress. So, by the way YES CATS DO HAVE TIAs, and that is what I witnessed but as I thought, he tuned me out during his exam. My girl had no anxiety with Dr. Booth, so that tells you something. Stay away from Otter Point Vet.
