They treat my fur baby like he were their own. Every time we walk into the petsmart he wants to go straight to the back and say hello. Even sit on the scale waiting for a cookie. I've gone to them with a million and one questions and they have graciously answered them all. I never got the impression that they were annoyed with that. I've seen both vets there and they are very nice. Only complaint is that they are usually very busy and it is hard to get a quick appointment but they are usually able to accommodate with a drop off appointment.
