they are short staffed allot and do not focus on your animal at all and only focus on selling holistic treatments and not integrating it with conventional and do not take any interest in your concerns or even listen to experienced and very experienced exotic pet owners at all and wait and do not repeat specific tests on time and waste time and do all the wrong tests and even when you prove through end of life lab work they were 100% wrong wrong wrong and your animal has gone through absolutely horrific painfor a whole month they never intervene and the main doctor does nothing but pass the buck on to other doctors and takes 1 to holistic conferences with no one in command with a ton of experience and he gets nasty and rude and cruel and inhumane and condesending and trys but fails to cover up his misdiagnoses and his staffs misdiagnoses and all he cares about is lying and covering up and not admitting he could have saved a life that meant all and everything to someone and he IS HORRIBL
