We have 4 animals which we have taken here over the years. Dr. Murphy and Dr. Douglas have been our primary vets. Both are incredibly knowledgeable (they are always taking courses or doing research to stay up to date) and the care our pets have received has been top notch. I would recommend this clinic very highly because of this

Through neglect and complete disregard and lack of detail - they killed my bunnies leg.
Sept 14 - I brought my bunny in as he injured his leg and needed a cast.
They applied the cast as well as gave him an xray and charged me $1000.
There was 2 checkups before the removal of the cast.
I asked for on the second checkup for the cast to be replaced as I thought it was too tight.
They explained that it wasnt too tight and that it was looking good.
The day of the removal they noticed the leg as completely died and they sent me home
with a less then <1% chance to try to save it with hyrodtherapy and accupuncture. Which is animal cruelty on its own as hes in very sever pain and cant even use it to get around. Its so weak I'm scared it will snap in half.
I have taken further action as I truly dont believe they should be running a vet clinic. They have missed very simple signs which led to the death of my bunnies leg

Dr. Roberto Martinez was shockingly rude and I was totally perplexed as to why! Seems like a bitter man taking out his anger - unprofessional and creepy. He may be knowledgeable? But I would never have him treat my pets ever again. Bizarre. The front staff were friendly and helpful but I have to give one star for this vet.
