Someone I know who visited this facility told me an employee told her the way she deals with behavior problems with her dog is to beat it. I told her to contact the vet and instead she contacted someone at the front desk who told her the vet will want to know this information, but it seems the information was never relayed. I contacted the vet to discuss bringing my dog there but wanted to know if this issue had been addressed and resolved. The vet denied ever hearing this from whoever took the message, and he denied any of his staff would say such a thing. I know the person who told me this did not make it up.
