I went in to get my dog's 2 vaccinations for a Special of $15 each and verified cost first, but when I went in the bill was going to be $290.00, I said no only shots, she came back with a $190.00 bill, I said No and walked out.These hidden charges should have been brought to my attention when I made the appointment, and my dog just had a Senior complete exam about 6 months ago that cost about $300.00 already with exams, etc. Then one of the employees contacted my son and said that I was always making problems at her job. Once before they did not have Flea tablets available and complained last year. Then another time I waited about an hour for my appointment and was not informed by the staff they were running late and left and told them I would reschedule. I've been going here almost 9 years and have gone thru 3 changes of owners and staff and only now since last year not happy with their services and will be changing Vets.
