I took my French bulldog there as she had gone into labor. The "Doctor" led us to believe she was competent. We waited for what seemed like hours later the nurse came out and said the puppies were not breathing but had heartbeats. The "Doctor" came out and told us the puppies died because they were under anesthesia too long as she took care of non-emergent patients while our dog was under anesthesia. All four puppies died!! We were devastated. Obviously, we contested the bill. The "Doctor" did not give us any pain medications nor antibiotics "because you're not paying". We spoke with the "practice manager". She was the most rude, nasty, hateful and uncaring person we have ever met. She refused to refund any charges. We had to take our dog to another vet because she would not stop crying and was in pain. This vet said she had a wound infection and gave us pain medication and antibiotics. He warned us to "never go to that vet again". This has been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
