My family had been bringing our two dogs to her for a few years — I cannot stress how much this was a mistake. She provided the absolute worst “care” to my dog and she severely lacks any sort of empathy.
My dog had been a patient of hers for more than five years. He routinely went for checkups. She diagnosed him with a heart murmur and advised us to call her *immediately* if he began to cough, as she noted it would be an emergency. The same afternoon he began to cough, we called her. She refused to see us, despite her claiming to offer “after hours services” and her warnings that it would be an emergency if we did not bring him to see her immediately. As a result, we had no choice but to bring him to the emergency vet hospital where they found a massive tumour on his heart — something that she missed at ALL of his many visits. We were then advised by the hospital that they would be able to remove the fluid around his heart, but the fluid would return and he did not have much time l

Very professional and dedicated doctor. I've been using Doctor Asianova's services since 2016. First I contacted her when my cat had stomach bleeding. She gave him the right medications without unnecessary tests that I would be offered in other clinics (I am a long-term pet owner and have experience with other doctors). She always tells the truth and never misleads you. I live quite far from her clinic (35-minute drive) and tried to find a doctor closer, but she is unbeatable. She is an honest, scrupulous, and sincere person and acts in the best interests of animals. Thank you, Doctor Asianova!

Dr Asianova is very knowledgeable. She cares as much as or more than anywhere I took my cat and has got much better prices for everything. Great service- highly recommended.

Use the veterinary service of Dr.Asianova more then 15 years.
My first cat (British short-hair) had a lot of issues from the kitten till mature cat. And we got the professional service and support from the clinic of Dr.Asianova until his last day. Now I got another one and I m confident that he will get the best veterinary service I wish.
I would evaluate Dr.Asianova as high level professional with love to animals and highly recommend to those who cares about your pets.

PLEASE do not take your pet here. I'm still kicking myself for ever trusting Dr. Asianova with my dog's care. I'm sure she's just fine when it comes to simple vaccinations and check-ups for healthy pets, but for seriously ill animals, older pets and pets with chronic or complex conditions - please avoid this clinic like fire. Not only did she misdiagnose my pet with a very serious illness, she is also the least empathetic vet I've ever come across. She is CONSTANTLY trying to upsell you. I stupidly bought a useless supplement from her (she said without it, my dog would die faster) for $140+tax. You can also buy it on amazon for $40, which I unfortunately found out later. She tries to gouge you on everything from ear cleaner to unnecessary vaccines to eye drops your pet will never need. No actual regard for your pet. Her exams are about 3 minutes long and she barely even touches the animal. I could go on and on but...please, avoid this place.

This is an absolutely worst experience that we've ever had with an animal clinic. Our pet was misdiagnosed after we had paid an unbelievably large sum of money for it. Pet is dying now, zero remorse from the doctor.
Very rude, does not care about the animals and all she cares about is money. Don't be fooled by her initial smiles, once you stop paying you will be cut off. Take your loved pets someplace else.
Disgrace to the profession.

Fantastic doctor. I first took my dog here when she has eaten rope toy and it blocked her intestines. Anything she ate or drank she threw up. Went to the clinic where I got her chipped and spaded and they quoted me the surgery that will be about 2000$ after paying for the the the initial visit. Not being able to afford it at the time it felt like I was signing my dog's death sentence. I drove down from Mississauga to consult the doctor. Instead of doing surgery right away like the other place, she recommended some medications to loosen up the whatever was inside, some anti-inflammatory and a few other things. Told me to come back in a few days to see her if things are not improving. The surgery would need to to to happen then, but she wanted to try the less intrusive way of dealing with it. The surgery was about half price then the other hospital quoted me. A few days after the blockage came out and Sam was back to normal.

The doctor is not professional. The worst clinic I've seen in the GTA area.

The worse experience ever. They do an ex-ray only one side and not 2 sides as required. Very bad customer service. The doctor is not professional and will tell you 100 of issues that might be with your pet but no final results and accurate diagnosis. Stay away. Their prices are better than in most of the vet clinics but, trust me, it does not worth it at all.
