I'm writing to complaint about one Dr watts working out of hill n dale vet services in mission bc.
I took my 25 day old puppy there on April 25th 2017 with a sore leg, X-rays done no fracture found but Dr watts sedated the pup & put a soft splint in her, told me bring her back in a week for removal, I questioned her as to the length of time the splint being on a puppy that grows rapidly? She assured me that a week was fine.
On Sunday may 30th I noticed puss pouring out of the splint! I removed the splint & found a large hole on the inner thigh of my puppy from a burst abscess & a dangling dead leg below the knee!!! I rushed her to Dr Orser at allouette in maple ridge, he removed the leg & is treating the pup, he too looked at the X-rays & found no fracture. This meaning her leg was wrapped way too tight & had killed the pups leg below the knee! I've received a phone apology from the office manager. That is all! She did this to my pup & doesn't care! I've been a client there 20+ yea
