The staff are genuine and caring and make an effort to know both owners and pets. The veterinarians, Dr. Reeve-Newson, Dr. Richardson and Dr. Peng are amazing - knowledgeable, caring, always following up after a visit to monitor my pet's progress/recovery. RID: 63565
