They misdagnosed my dog's condtion, refused to listen to any suggestions, ordered an extremely expensive series of tests (over $1,200) that revealed nothing, and precipitated an acute onset of nausea that lasted over 12 hours and caused pneumonia and the death of my dog within 24 hours of his walking in to the clinic. When I contacted them the moment they opened the following day, they resisted seeing my dog until all the tests results were back, even though I told them how very sick he was. I had to relentlessly press them before they reluctantly agreed to see him again. By then, it was too late. The attending vet, Dr. Shirley Yang, refused to entertain anything other than her own diagnosis. I rushed my dog to an emergency clinic where he was immediately diagnosed with pneumonia and a cancerous tumor in his stomach. The indifference of this doctor, and the hospital itself, led to my dog's horrific suffering and untimely death. Never again.
