Awful experience at your clinic today. Made to wait 15 minutes before getting put in the room after our scheduled appt time. Waited in there for 30 minutes and when I asked hw long the wait would be, the vet turned and walked away. Brutal service. Won't ever be back and will tell others of my experience.

Have been absolutely amazing with my dogs. Very reasonable prices and extremely prompt service. Highly recommend them.

I took my dog there today made me wait hours to check him out, at the end they said no idea but yet charged me $95 not sure for what. But I guess they get away with it.

Took my chihuahua in for an abscess tooth, and the vet kept pressuring me to let him do a biopsy on her. He even made me feel like a bad pet owner, and claimed I was stupid. I know my dog better than them obviously, because I left with my chihuahua, took her elsewhere, and they prescribed antibiotics, then removed 13 teeth without a problem. The new vet even agreed that it was better to try antibiotics 1st after looking in my dog’s mouth, over putting a chihuahua with a heart murmur through more stress than needed. Horrible place, and they have a video going viral atm for a worker making a cat dance right after having surgery. Also the main vet Dr. Sasha Black is being charged for misconduct from another incident with the College of Veterinarians as well. She also runs Millenium City Veterinary Hospital...Stay away from both if u love ur pets!!!!

Called about having a dental cleaning for my dog was told their charge was $599.00 took my dog in they did blood work cost of $348.00 asked for estimate before booking appointment was told the cost would be $1443.00 in addition to the $348.00 I had already paid when I asked about X-rays and if there would be an additional charge for extractions I was only given a vague reply and told the vet would do x-rays at the time of cleaning . I would advise anyone looking for a vet to steer clear of this place.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE if you have an urgent situation. The vet on duty was absolutely USELESS when I arrived at this "emergency clinic" with my cat who was having seizures, after being recommended by another vet in case of after-hours emergency. He could not offer any help aside from repeating tests that had already been done, and we wasted 30 valuable minutes before we went to a real clinic and got the help we needed.

Front staff are friendly, vets themselves are horrible. Brought a cat here for "Crystals". Charged us for the entire procedure and later told us the cat never had a blockage. Informed us the solution was to give the cat a cat-scented glade plugin. Problem was not fixed. Took the cat elsewhere and they resolved the issue for 1/8th what they charged, and actually had the problem fixed. Called around afterwards, this vet charged us 3x what it costs elsewhere for the same treatment. Our cat also exchanged hands with three different vets here as they couldn't seem to keep one vet assisting with the issue.

Absolutely would not go back. Was quoted approximately $200 to put 16 year old cat which was very ill, down. Charged $345. I was owner of animal and Vet tried to only talk to my male friend who knows nothing about cats health. Vet tried to push numerous tests on me to not have put cat to sleep. Only went to this clinic because they were open on a Sunday and didn't want cat to suffer even one more day.
