I'm a caregiver for a 14 yr. old toy poodle who developed a very serious infection behind her eye. She was dehydrated and in pain. This put her at great risk of losing her eye and with her owner out of the country, I found myself in a bad situation. I thought I knew who her Vet was, but I was mistaken and I spent 2 hrs. trying to get a Vet to see her without success because I am not the owner. The Animal Hospital North of Fergus took my call and I had her in their care within 20 minutes. The care of Drs. Shannon & Gary Noorlander has been exceptional from the moment she arrived. They were so gentle and caring and kept us informed every step of the way. I'm happy to say that she is now doing very well with her eye in place. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the staff at this clinic, Leanne & Julia are the best. I always felt she was in good hands with these girls. I highly recommend this clinic for your pets.
