Click to report rating    4/1/19   5     5     5     5   If it hadn't been for Alison Jones, my dog would have died (due to being over-medicated for his seizures by a different vet). Alison recognized immediately that he was suffering from toxicity and that his medication dosage was way too high. Alison is knowledgeable, compassionate and professional (and her staff is great as well). She's gentle with my dogs and puts them at ease. I drive for nearly two hours to get to her clinic, and it's absolutely worth it to ensure that my dogs are receiving the absolute best care. RID: 67850
Click to report rating    12/27/18   5     5     4     5   Okay, sometimes there are emergencies and you have to wait a bit, but they will bend over backwards to fit you in. Dr. Jones not only talks to you, she listens to you! She wants what you want for your fur family. I drive over an hour to get there. Why? Cause when you find a vet this good, it's worth the drive. Click to report rating    4/19/18   5     5     5     5   Dr. Alison and her staff are incredible, the level of care and personal service is unmatched in Southern Ontario. Very professional and compassionate. RID: 65986
Click to report rating    7/12/17   5     5     5     5   Alison is a very professional veterinarian and treats both the owners and their pets with compassion and obvious love for the animals. I have used her services for years, and she has never let me down yet, and even saved the life of my 5 wk old puppy when she was presented with a very sick puppy all swollen across her muzzle and face. It was a dreadful disease where most will die if their immune system cannot handle it. She knew within 30 secs of seeing her, what the disease was, and we began an ongoing treatment that took a very long time for her to get over, but with Alison's great help, medications, and knowledge on how the disease works, we did have success and my little girl is now a happy 7 yr old dachshund. So this dog is her only (and completely trusted veterinarian) that will look after her for the rest of her life. If it wasn't for Alison, she would have died. Can't say enough about this veterinarian, she is both knowledgeable and caring of the animals in her care. The best! RID: 64149
