If you love your pet do not take them to this place. My 11 month old Golden Doodle went here Friday for a "Trim Only", this was repeated many times "Trim Only"when I picked him up from the groomer he had been butchered, his fir is 2 inches in some places and down to the skin in others, he looks like someone took hedge clippers to him, his stomach was shaved t the skin (Hey idiot it is winter and my dog has not fur). But what was worse was how they must have handled him to do this to him, he is totally traumatized, shaking, fearful and hiding in the corner. We took him to another groomer this morning to see what they could do, and they agreed he had been butchered. The sad part about this all is my dog loved being bathed going to the grooms was never an issue, loved being brushed. Today he panicked when we took him to clean up the mess he was in. The best the vet offered me was "I.m so sorry" and we will give you medication for free for his anxiety. (something he didn't have befo
