I rescued a small 13 Year Old Maltese Mix, PJ, just one year ago. When I got him, he wouldn't eat and had all kinds of problems. The first vet I took him too told me there was nothing wrong with him. Three days later I took him to Barrington Square Animal Hospital. PJ saw Dr Jill, it was love at first sight. She got down on the floor with him , brought him food and he started to eat. It was a joy to take him there. Over the course of 9 months we worked on his all his digestive problems, his anal sack problems and his high white blood cell count. And he got really healthy and loving. Sadly his high white blood cell count turned out to be leukemia, but Dr Jen has been a miracle worker. His blood cell counts are down and he runs and plays and is happy. Thanks you Barrington Square and Dr.s Jill and Jen.

This office is very loud and very chaotic, the staff is rude and always several people behind. The doctors charge 52.00 for phone calls, or questions asked. The Dr's do not treat all conditions but instead send you to GI doctors for stomach or diarrhea problems and behavior specialists for anxiety or training problems, or dermatologists for skin infections, etc.. So, you pay for the initial visit but then have to come back and get charged to meet with the specialist doctors. I have never walked out of the clinic without paying under $200.00. I also found that they are not aware of tick borne infections in dogs and when I tried to bring in studies to show it, they wanted me to pay 52.00 to give the paperwork to the doctor who originally asked me to bring it in to prove it. That was the last straw with this clinic. I should not be charged to do their job, this clinic is all about the money and cares very little for the dogs they have in their care.
