I booked my dogs to get oral bordatella and pick up flea and ticks meds. I spoke to the clinic 3 times before the appointment to ensure my dogs only received oral medication and that this was the only vaccine they received. Because of covid I could not go in and after I found out they gave my dogs the injected bordatella along with other vaccines I did not want them to have. My dogs get very sick from vaccinations and I had discussed this at great lengths in the past that I would titer and vaccinate every 3 years as necessary. I am very angry and upset and although they agreed to refund me for the vaccination I was charged for I feel this is akin to assault and if my dogs are sick who pays the emerg visit costs? This is NOT OK
