I took my dog in for a checkup they took x-rays and some blood work. The vet told me that she had an enlarged heart but wasn't sure so he had to have another vet look at the x-ray then told me it was ok, she also needed to be spayed because of an infection, so I agreed for them to do the operation. They had to stop the operation because her blood pressure dropped. After almost killing my dog now they tell me that she does indeed have an enlarged heart WTF! I would not recommend this clinic! $1000 for almost killing my little buddy I feel like I was just robbed

Although I debated filing a complaint, I've read over the previous complaints that were submitted and feel as if I won't get my message across with the staff at the clinic so sharing my story with the public is more impactful at this point. Before you go ahead and assume that I am coming here to complain please keep in mind that I have been a huge advocate of this vet clinic and have been taking my dog there for regular check ups as well as some serious operations and have never ran into the issues I have with my most recent experience.
We recently decided to take our cat there to have a UTI treated, I was told by the manager that I was snarky and that if I don't pay in full that I cannot take my animal home. Despite being charged 500$ + the original quoted price. I spoke with a vet tech who was beyond rude. Couldn't get through to the staff when I tried calling. Don't go here - Isn't worth what you pay.
