My partner rescued a stray kitten about 2 mths old & wanted to bring her to our trusted vet, but they were fully booked, so we took our friend's advice & brought kitten to this place. Initial assessment-by Alice Chen said kitten got a clean bill of health-w/o parasite,FIV,fleas, kitten got her 1st shot & dewormed. But after 2 weeks, her stomach is still bloated & have diarrhea, so we called vet for an emerg. checkup. 2nd assessment-by Winnie Yuen said kitten has ear mites & Revolution was given & Fortiflora & Metronidazole was given for Diarrhea along w/deworming, fecal sample took for test. Hospital called back in a few days said that kitten is free from parasites, yet kitten poop still not better. We got a call again from clinic apologizing that result actually showed positive for parasite & needs meds ASAP. Overall experience w/ hospital gave me no confidence to bring kitten back again. Reading vet bio & other reviews, they seem to be very experienced but I really have my doubt.

Amazing team at Apple Creek Animal Hospital. Dr Augustin explained and answered all our questions. He was very thorough and understanding. Cost did play a factor but he managed to help us and it worked out just fine. I could not be any happier! High recommend them.

I know both Dr Winnie and Dr Augustin for many years prior to them opening Apple Creek Animal Hospital and I trust them with my pets completely. They where there for my 12+ year golden retriever when he collapsed suddenly (it turned out to be cancer) while my husband and I were overseas. They also took great care of my cat who had chronic kidney disease and he was able to live comfortably for more than a year after diagnosis. They're compassionate and knowledgeable and I'm glad they now have their own practice! I always recommend them to many of my friends and family and they all have had positive experiences with them.

They care more about lining their pockets than helping your pet. Dr Augustine charged us over $2000 and my baby still died. He knew very well that he couldn’t do anything but he still leeched us and made us watch as our pet suffered for days. Do you see tears and anguish as $$$??? Despicable human.

I must say that after switching to Apple Creek Animal Hospital, I could not be happier. Dr Augustin and his team have been wonderful in the treatment and management of my cats kidney disease. They’re attentive to details and always treat him with care. Theyre never pushy with treatments and always offer treatment options. I trust them entirely and know that he is in good hands. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

My cat had a urinary blockage so I took him to this vet, spent $1600, the doctor's name is augustin. After the treatment the staff phoned me that my cat had been urinating well, so I took him home in the evening. The next morning I found my cat was still leaking urine, so I took him back. The doctor told me my cat is very painful, and need another catheterization IMMEDIATELY, asking me for another $1000. I didn't trust him because 1. I'm suspicious of his qualification. In just 1 day ago he told me my cat was cured. 2. When he said my cat was very painful, my cat didn't look like so. I phoned 3 other vets for consultation, and those veterinarians recommended me to observe my cat for a few days, so I did. My cat is healthy now. The staffs there were friendly though, but dr augustin intended to convince me of the emergency of my cat's condition to squeeze more profit from me. That was extremely unethical and mercenary, he doesn't qualify to be a veterinarian.
