I had taken my 18 year old cat here to be put down. The vet was awful, wanted to do an exam, which I refused as she was 18, and it was time. He put down a dirty towel, I asked him if he was actually the vet as he was behind the reception desk when I came in. He told me to take my cat, get out, and never come back. Went to another clinic in the area, no questions asked. They knew it was time by looking at my girl. He is a cruel man with zero compassion for animals and zero compassion for what their owners are going through. Many horror stories come out of this clinic.
