Quite flashy and over-promising on the surface but actually quite inconsistent in various ways. Their focus should be more on improving their professionalism, operation and actual care on the animals, and less on filming their Reality TV shows etc.

I hate going to the Vet. Probably more than my dogs! I took my dog Benny here for a check up and to get a quote on dental work that was way overdue. This was such a pleasant experience, the total opposite of what I have encountered at most other veterinary clinics. No judging, upselling or condescending doctors or staff here. I opted to go ahead with the dental surgery, and was actually invoiced less than what I was quoted. Can't say that has ever happened ever!! The professionalism and follow up was impressive to me as well. I will go nowhere else, and I will recommend the same for every fur parent I know.
