very informative and appointment was on time. The doctor offer us different options on care and things to try for our dog. We return in two weeks for a follow up to go over more options

They are petty, rude and childish. They don't care about pets' true well being, if they did they wouldn't push services constantly and ignore you or "fire" you as a client the second you complain or inquire further about their practices. The nature to which euthanasia is handled at this clinic is a joke. They care when it benefits their pockets. This was obvious when a dog was in true need of being euthanized and was very ill, instead of comforting the client, they decided to patronize her and act as though she was a nuisance because she didn't have money up front.
They are abusive to the people they hire, especially women, and have no idea how to run a successful veterinary clinic. If you make them angry you may not be allowed to sit for an entire shift. They like to give the false impression that they give a****, when really they have no real clientele so they wait around all day for maybe one appointment a day if their lucky.

As general , why do all your reviews look like advertisement ? Everyone keep saying “ ask about the plan “ makes me wonder if these reviews were paid advertisement or done by the owner. I came to the clinic and felt like it is a good place for vaccines and doctor may be good however the reception people seem lacking confidence and knowledge to make me consider them in other pet care situation

A great family owned hospital providing care for your pets with love. Dr Ghobrial was very kind and professional with our daughter Philia. Ask about their preventative wellness plans. They are very affordable and very comprehensive.
