There are some vets who come across as being truly passionate about their work. Others appear to treat it as a job. Client in, pay, client out. This is Dr. Quinn. The fees for a consultation are high (a visit cost us $460). Nobody answers the phones. Waited 45 minutes outside. Our dog is not a fan of the muzzle so he was whining while wearing it inside the facility. Dr. Quinn was extremely irritated with this. His tests were not conclusive of our dog's eye condition but he gave us what he thought might be the case - followed by, "sure, I can run more tests but that'll cost you another $600." He might be great in terms of knowledge but it came across as a full-on money grab. Even had to pay extra $ to get an "emergency" appointment. Our dog is going blind and has blood in his eyes. Sorry if we don't want him to suffer or permanently lose his vision... and thanks for taking advantage of the situation by charging us extra. Wish there were more options to go elsewhere in the future.

I called to book a simple breeder's CERF and Dr Quinn will do nothing less than a full 50 minute appointment. I don't know if this is taking financial advantage of a potential client or the arrogance of having a monopoly in ophthalmology services in the London area. Dr Quinn will not even return my call despite several requests. I'm really at a loss to understand why a responsible breeder such as myself is being treated this way.

Dr. Quinn was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend him! My dog needed to be seen urgently, so he opened his clinic early so he could see her and he was very accommodating of my difficult schedule. Getting him to examine my dog's eyes was very beneficial to my pet and definitely worth the money. He is extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me to ensure that I understood. He was very kind, sweet and compassionate. You can really tell that he loves his job and that he truly cares for your pets.

Dr. Quinn is WELL past his expiry date as a surgeon. He botched our pet's procedure and brushed it off as a 'challenging case'. Our vet reviewed his surgical note and seriously questioned his use of antiquated anaesthesia drugs. The fees are as ridiculous as his house next to the clinic. 300$ consult fee, huge surgical fee and your follow up visits will run you 170$ each. AVOID.

My dog has been given excellent care by Dr. Quinn and how staff. Dr. Quinn explained everything clearly and explained all the options which was very helpful at a stressful time. His care saved the vision in both of my dog's eyes. Top quality care does cost a lot. Costs here are comparable to other top-notch facilities in Ontario.

i was referred to this doctor.. and although I can not tell you how he was, I am able to tell you that the woman I spoke with to book the appointment was cold and rude.. I was needing to book an appointment with some urgency .. really needed this doctor's opinion, She only had one opening, would not even try to help us make it work.. was very firm on the 280.00 dollars to walk through the door, and that there was a cancellation fee if not given 24 hours notice.. so " be sure you commit to this " .. no care or compassion.. I can not describe to you her tone, I ended the conversation by cancelling.. and letting her know how uncomfortable she made me feel.. Again I am not able to describe to you how awful she was. I have called my own doctor back to make arrangements, and am praying that nothing happens to my baby in the mean time. I hear this doctor is very good, its a shame he has people like this in his office, as I will miss out on his expertise because of her.

The staff told us to wait half hour outside the facilities .We were the only one in the waiting room with our Bernese Mountain Dog. The dog was sitting and behaving like an example dog. No problem what so ever. First the staff refused to administer the eye dropps into my dogs eyes. They told me to do it. I was suprised but did it anyway. Then I started to fill out aplication form. I haven't finished filling up aplication yet but the receptionist told me to wait outside . I asked what was the problem. She just said ,,Oh nothing but its just best if you wait outside.,, It was late March. Minus 5C outside. And she closed the door behind her. I just took my dog and left. Rude!Very bed reception! I would not recomend this place for your animal. If they are like that with people imagine how they treat animals.
