The owner/veterinarian is mentally unstable - she treats some of her staff very poorly. As a long-time employee told me, "She always has to have someone to hate" and "She loves to stir the pot". Due to her self-admitted ADHD, she won't answer questions without being pinned down and asked repeatedly. Due to these mental health issues, I would not trust her with my pets. She also allows and even rewards laziness from some employees, resulting in a dirty clinic, piled up laundry and dishes, and extreme office clutter. Also, she picks and chooses which client reviews will be publishing - choosing to delete repeated bad reviews about a specific employee.
