The Banfield vets are second rate. I had a dog that was having problems breathing. Took her in and they could not diagnose the problem. Took her to a VCA Pet Hospital and they diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. Having a problem with the billing of one of their plans. Canceled in Jan. Still getting billed. $790.90 for 2 dogs. Only one saw a vet one time, 10 min. Not worth $790! Won't give me a credit. They are not a reputable company. I will be contacting the Attorney General's and the BBB offices.
