Have you ever brought your car into a shop to have the oil changed and ended up paying for a new transmission that you didn't need? Kenwood Animal hospital is a nice facility, the staff are friendly and professional but beware the hidden fees! What you are quoted over the phone or in person is NOT what you will pay. Twice, I've been burned by them for things I shouldn't have been charged for. Once when I boarded my cat there and once for a 10 minute phone conversation with a vet. Both times, I was never told that I would be charged. I think it's a very shady practice when you tack on charges without discussing it with the client first. I've since then found a more honest vet.
