Beware!!! They want to make $ and do not care about your pets!!! Unethical!!!!
First of all: they left me waiting in an examination by myself with my nervous dogs for a full hour!!! My dogs don't need that stress. Then the receptionist comes in and tries to sell me a wellness plan like she's selling cars. $100 down and $90 month for life.
The exam room had no fewer than 5 posters and literature covering the exam table, all about the wellness plan! Nothing about pet health or safety.
I was there for two sets of shots and a Heartworm test, that's it! Then the per nurse comes in and tries to also sell me on the wellness plan.
Finally an hour later the vet comes in and doesn't even look at my dogs, does not put them on the exam table, nothing!!! She just immediately hands me over a estimated charges bill for $400 - that's for 2 small dogs, 2 shots and a Heartworm test! Her response was "well that's why you should buy your wellness plan"
